2018年3月10日，浙江绿城在黄龙2-0赢下了今年的首场比赛，程进在比赛中打入一球，这也是他连续两年在首轮比赛中进球了。这位绿城的U23小将被越来越多球迷认识，也成为越来越多绿城小球员的榜样和目标。
今年是程进来到绿城的第11年，2007年，程进代表河南郑上路小学来中泰基地参加邀请赛，足校的教练对这个孩子印象深刻，和程进家人商量后，把他留在了绿城。
第一次走进基地，组队后第一次参加全国比赛，第一次搬进一队宿舍，一直到为绿城打进第一粒联赛进球……和绿城足球有关的第一次，程进都记得很清楚。
“跟我一起来的还有宋海旺他们几个，所以也不觉得孤单，很快就适应了。”对程进来说，那个年纪没什么烦恼，被教练训了之后转眼也忘了，留下来的都是和兄弟们一起长大的开心记忆。那个年纪总是精神头十足，也不知道累，“每天训练完吃了饭，要是晚上没有晚自习就又去踢球了，有人还光着脚，一直踢到天黑看不到了，就躺在草地上聊聊天。”
尽管如此，这个封闭的基地总会时常显得无聊，刚来足校的时候，程进是六年级的学生，即使是周末也不能私自外出。
不过后来想起来，这个封闭管理的规定倒是给程进他们留下了不少开心的回忆——“足校门口有个小超市，也算是陪伴我们长大的超市了，因为不能出足校门，我们要买什么东西，就只能在校门口喊老板，让他帮忙把东西递过来”。
一直到十四五岁，小队员们终于在每个周末获得了半天的自由活动时间。“余杭也都去过，但还是想去市区，在天目山路坐公交车，506，得一个多小时，到武林广场逛一逛，逛也只能逛一个小时，回来也得一个多小时，都没有座位，但就是想出去看看。”

住在基地的这些年里，程进搬过三次宿舍，也印证了他在绿城这些年来一步一个台阶的心路历程。“小时候，汤导带我们训练时，常指着一队的楼跟我们说，你们的目标就是住进那栋楼！”
2007年9月来到足校时，程进先是住进了足校的寝室楼，“就是基地最后面那幢楼”。第二年，95、96年龄段的梯队组队，程进和队友们一起搬进了梯队寝室楼，“靠近球场的那幢学生公寓”。
后来，他从学生寝室搬出来，住进了预备队的公寓楼。对程进来说，这次搬寝室的意义是最特别的——“预备队跟一队也是一起的，就好像上了一队一样”。2015年，程进终于搬进了一队宿舍，11年前那个梦想，也终于实现了。
久违地聊起以前的事，程进说现在能想起来的都是好的回忆，作为从绿城足校走出的球员，程进对足校也总是心怀着感谢，“这里有很多为学生而考虑的人性化设置，能让小球员们不用担心别的，安心踢球。”
而对于他的足校师弟们，程进说道：希望他们能珍惜现在的时光，抓紧提高自己，也希望他们能专注于足球。要知道，越努力越幸运。
2007年，是绿城在中超战场厮杀的第一年，“足校和梯队经常有机会一起去黄龙看球，但是印象深的还是扒在围栏上看一队训练的场景。”拉米雷斯、奥托、王宏有……看这些人训练的日子似乎还是昨天。
程进甚至记得他们组队后第一次参加的全国比赛，“是‘耐克杯’，去的是四川乐山。在房间里面换好出队服，收拾好东西下楼准备坐大巴去火车站的时候，大家都非常兴奋，那种心情到现在都记得。”可惜的是，球队在决赛中输给了长春，没能拿到第一名，“当时的第一名可以代表中国去英国踢比赛，有些遗憾。”
从这次比赛开始，在绿城的11年中，程进逐渐成长为同年龄段球员中的佼佼者，戴上了队长袖标，入选了国少、国青，带领U18队拿下了全运会亚军，“绿城小将程进”被越来越多球迷认识。
对于这个全新开始的2018赛季，程进说全队一起做好了迎接挑战和困难的准备，每一场比赛都会全力以赴，一场一场地拼下来，希望自己和球队都能朝着更职业的状态，一步步去努力。

The first time I walked into the base and participated in the national competition for the first time after the formation, I moved into a team of dormitories for the first time until I scored the first league goal for Greentown.... I remember it very clearly.

After being trained by the coach, he immediately forgot to forget what he left behind. It is a happy memory that grew up with my brothers. That age is always full of spirit and tired. "Every day after training, I have to eat dinner. If I don't have night classes, I will play again. Someone is still barefoot, and he can't see it until dark. Chat on the grass."
In spite of this, this closed base will always appear boring. When he came to school, Cheng Jin was a sixth-grade student and he could not go out on his own even on the weekend.
But then I think of it, this closed management rule is to give them a lot of happy memories of Cheng Jin - "There is a small supermarket in front of the school, can be regarded as a supermarket to accompany us, because we can not go to school, we To buy something, you can only call the boss at the school gate and let him hand it over."
Until the age of fourteen or five, the young players finally got a half-day free time each weekend. “Yuhang has also been to, but still want to go to the urban area, take the bus on Tianmushan Road, 506, for more than an hour, stroll to Wulin Square, stroll can only go for an hour, come back also have more than an hour, There are no seats, but just want to go out and see."

When he came to the school in September 2007, Cheng Jin first entered the dormitory building of the school. "It was the last building on the base." In the second year, the team of 95 and 96 age teams teamed up with his teammates to move into the echelon dormitory, "the student apartment near the stadium."
Later, he moved out of the student's dormitory and entered the reserve building. For Cheng Jin, the significance of this move is the most special - "The reserve team is also with a team, just like a team." In 2015, Cheng Jin finally moved into a team of dormitories. That dream, 11 years ago, finally came true.
For a long time to talk about the previous thing, Cheng Jin said that all he can think of now is good memories. As a player from the Greentown Football Academy, Cheng Jin always has a heartfelt thanks to the school. "There are many students here. Considering the humanized setting, the young players can enjoy playing football with no fear of anything else."
For his schoolmates, Cheng Jin said: I hope they can cherish the current time, pay close attention to improving themselves, and hope that they can focus on football. You know, the harder you are, the more lucky you are.

He changed team uniforms in the room and packed things to go downstairs to prepare for the bus ride to the train station. At the time, everyone was very excited and the mood was still remembered. "Unfortunately, the team lost to Changchun in the finals and failed to get the first place. "The first place at that time could represent China to play in England. There is some regret in the game."
From this competition, in the 11 years of Greentown, Cheng Jin gradually became the best player of the same age group, wearing the captain's armband, and being selected as the national youth and national youth to lead the U18 team to win the National Games.
