　　2010年，我校被确定为上海市足球布点学校，足球特色项目得到有效开展：

　　1、成立组织机构，科学规划，健全规章制度。

　　2、发展足球师资队伍。

　　3、在体育课堂加大足球知识与技能的传授。

　　4、开发校本教材。

　　5、加强校园足球活动的宣传，拓展校园足球文化。

　　6、在体育课外兴趣小组提升足球技能，为学校足球队培养后备人才。

　　7、建立学校足球队，积极参与比赛，促进学校足球整体发展水平。

　　8、建立开展和实施校园足球活动的校内联赛制度。

开展成效：

    1、通过校园足球运动的开展，大大的激发了学生对足球的兴趣，参加足球运动的学生明显增加。

2、通过校园足球运动的开展，每位学生都初步掌握了一定的足球基本知识，具备了简单的足球技能。

    3、在区级联赛取得了优异成绩。我校在2017学年第一学期闵行区校园足球联盟超级联赛初中男子获得第三名、U13获得第五名的好成绩。

4、我校在参加2017年上海市“龙之少年”冠军杯赛中荣获第三名的好成绩。

5、2017学年第一学期，我校孙鑫隆、何泾烃、徐程昱、曾涛进入闵行区U15足球联盟精英队征战上海市比赛。

四、招生对象及条件

　　1、必须在本区就读，具备闵行区学籍、选择在闵行区升学的小学毕业生。

　　2、学生具有足球特长，具备一定的足球基础和足球水平。

　　备注：外省市学生入学条件：

    适龄儿童须持有效期内《上海市居住证》、《上海市临时居住证》或《居住登记凭证》，父母一方须满足以下条件之一：

    1.持有效期内《上海市居住证》（签发或签注时间在2018年1月1日前）。

    2.持有效期内《上海市居住证》（签发或签注时间在2018年1月1日后），且一年内参加本市职工社会保险满6个月（2017年7月1日至2018年6月30日，不含补缴）或连续3年（从首次登记日起至2018年6月30日）在街镇社区事务受理服务中心办妥灵活就业登记。

    3.持有效期内《上海市临时居住证》满3年，且连续3年（从首次登记日起至2018年6月30日）在街镇社区事务受理服务中心办妥灵活就业登记。　

报名办法及操作流程和时间安排

    学生报名：4月11日—4月13日

　　符合条件的特长学生从学校网上下载特长生资格审查表，按要求填写，并附主要竞赛获奖复印件和成绩册，并将材料送交浦江二中进行初审。

　　报名方式：学生本人或家长携带上述材料及其复印件到浦江二中报名。

    报名时间：4月11日—4月13日

    报名地点：浦江二中行政楼二楼会议室（1209）

流程与时间

    学生报名：

    4月11日-4月13日

    材料审核：

    4月17日

    我校将初审（先反馈至各报名小学进行招生条件审核）通过的特长生申报材料汇总，交教育局普教一科审查复核（普教一科与招办对接、进行招生对象资格认定）。

    名单反馈：

    4月19日

    普教一科反馈特长生资格审核通过的学生名单，布置测试工作要求。

    通知学生：

    4月20日前

    学校通知特长生现场测试时间、地点、测试项目要求。

    项目测试：

    4月22日，周日

    审核公示：

    4月25日前完成

    我校将录取并经过家长确认的学生名单（盖章纸质稿和电子稿）报普教一科科长审核，并且分别在学生就读小学、学籍学校、录取学校公示三天。

    录取签约:

    我校与录取学生家长签约。

    汇总上报：

    4月27日

    由普教一科汇总所有学校名单并经局领导签字后报区教育考试中心。

2018年浦江二中足球特长生测试方案

    （一）、测试时间：2018年4月22日（周日）上午9:00开始。

    （二）、测试地点：闵行区浦江二中学校（闵行区江协路151号）操场。

    （三）、测试内容： 25米往返跑、50米、400米、立定跳远、带球绕杆、颠球、传球射准。

    （四）、测试要求

    1、带球绕杆：起点至终点共15米（起点至第一杆2.5米，杆与杆之间2米），运动员需依次过杆，如漏过需退回到一杆继续进行，直至运动员绕过全部6根杆。

    2、一分钟颠球：运动员在某一区域内颠球，裁判鸣哨开始比赛，并以裁判计数为准。要求：除手以外的身体任何部位均可触球，若足球落地，继续记数。

    3、传球射准：运动员在点球点射门（距离9.15米），射进球门得分，每名运动员有10次射门机会，按累计得分。

五、注意事项：

    1、学生穿运动与服装足球鞋参加测试，不能装、带各类坚硬、锋利的物品。　

    2、学生要根据自己身体情况开展活动，如有身体不适或受伤应立即告知老师。

    3、学生在足球场东侧的长椅上侯考，学生家长在学校1209会议室休息。

    4、若当天下雨，小雨仍按原来计划在学校操场进行测试，大雨则等其变小或雨停再测试，暴雨则向后顺延半天测试。

    5、进行体育测试的教练要做好学生成绩登记工作，并保留原始记录。

    6、学校做好安全预案，确保测试工作安全、有序。若遇学生突发伤害事故，由负责人姚燕华及时报告学校领导和学生家长，情况严重的，报告120进行急救。同时，学生领队火一群老师准备好车辆，便于紧急情况使用。
