We are a Chinese youth football training club located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, looking for a U7-U12 youth training coach.

Salary range: 1500-2000 euros per month (net salary)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for daily training of players

2. Responsible for leading the team to participate in the competition

3. Responsible for filling out the player's training report

4. Responsible for providing training advice to players

Qualifications:

1. Having a coaching license

2. At least 1 year of experience as a youth team coach

3. A bachelor's degree or above will be an advantage

Capabilities and attributes, including but not limited to:

1. Modern leadership and social skills (with a growth mindset, able to work proactively as a team member; strong Strong teaching and motivational skills, committed to continuously improving oneself and those around us)

2. Excellent communication, organization/time management, and dispute resolution.

3. Understand the specific situation of working with children

4. Good computer literacy
