Sixth, athletes entry conditions:

Seven, registration methods:

1. The registration time of the participating teams is before January 5, 2019, and the entry fee is 1,000 yuan and the deposit is 1,000 yuan. Eight, the game method:

(1) The competition is conducted in two stages. In the first stage, the group single round robin is used to decide the group ranking; in the second stage, the cross elimination is used to decide the top four. The specific competition method and lottery plan are confirmed and announced at the lottery meeting.

(2) The competition is a 7-a-side system; the number of players replaced in each game is not limited. The players who exchange the players can be exchanged again. When they are replaced, they must apply to the fourth official with their ID cards or other valid documents to inform the referee. The substitute team can enter the game when the ball is dead. Strictly follow the principle of the first move and the back. 5 minutes before the end of the game, unless there is an injury on the field and other special reasons, it is necessary to change the person passively.

(3) Each athlete is only allowed to represent one team to participate in the competition, otherwise the scores and qualifications of all teams represented by the player will be cancelled.

(4) After the game is over, both coaches or team leaders must sign and confirm the score on the game record sheet.

(5) The first stage of the group stage is 60 minutes, the second stage of the elimination game is 60 minutes, and the intermission time is no more than 10 minutes. In the second stage of the knockout match, if the match is scored in 60 minutes, the match will be decided directly by 3+1 penalty.

(6) Scoring and determining the ranking.

1. The first stage wins 3 points, the first place gets 1 point, the negative one gets 0 points, and the points are ranked first.

2. If the two teams or two teams have equal points, the order will be determined in the following order:

(1) The winners of the teams with equal points in the competition, ranking first;

(2) In all competitions, the goal difference is more than the top;

(3) The total number of goals scored in all competitions, ranking first;

(4) The winners of the lottery are listed before.

(7) 30 minutes before the start of each match, the coaches will fill out the list of players (the starting team of 7 players + substitutes) to the fourth official, and review the athlete's relevant documents 10 minutes before the game.

(8) In the competition, if a team has less than 4 players on the field, the game will naturally stop. The team will abstain from voting and judge the opponent to win 3:0. If the match is over 3:0, the match will be terminated on the spot. The actual score is accurate.

(9) If the competition is interrupted due to special circumstances, the competition will not be resumed by the efforts of the organizing committee. The organizing committee will solve the problem in light of the actual situation.

(10) The competition adopts the “Russian Competition Rules” recently approved by the State Sports General Administration and the “Regulations on Violation of Rules and Regulations for National Football Matches”.

Nine, competition clothing, equipment, venue

(1) Each team must prepare two sets of different colors of competition clothing. The color of the goalkeeper's clothing should be clearly different from the color of other players' clothing.

(2) The captain on the field must wear the captain's armband.

(3) The game wears cloth rubber shoes or broken nail leather football game shoes, wearing leg shields, and game stockings. Otherwise, the referee has the right to refuse the player to play the game and present a yellow card warning.

(4) Athletes of the competition shall not wear necklaces and other accessories for competition.

(5) Match ball: Use No. 4 football.

(6) Competition venue: 7-player competition venue.

11. Game abstention, strike and other matters:

1. Anyone should be completely obeyed by the referee, and disciplinary action will be taken against unqualified acts of the referee;

2. During the course of the competition, all team personnel must respect and obey the judgment of the referee. If there is any dissatisfaction with the referee's penalty or the behavior of the opponent team has a bad nature, the person will be directly injured and sent to the public security department for handling;

3. If there is a fight in the competition and the group is injured, the organizer and the organizer will not be responsible for the relevant medical expenses and compensation fees, and cancel the qualifications for the competition. After deducting the deposit, the case will be sent to the Ministry of Public Security.

4. The team must strictly observe the competition time. Anyone who exceeds the competition time of 15 minutes and the number of participants is less than 4 people will be treated as a waiver. The match will be awarded 3 to 0. If there is no heavier penalty, the penalty will be 600 yuan per deduction.

5. The referee must respect the referee and respect the opponent. Any dispute caused by unforeseen factors, if the mediation does not obey and cause the game to be delayed for more than 10 minutes, the strike will be handled according to the score on the basis of the score on the match. Win, if there is no heavier penalty, each penalty is 600 yuan;

6. Football is a sport with physical confrontation. It is inevitable that the injury is inevitable. Each team purchases accidental injury insurance on its own. The organizer and the co-organizer are not responsible for it; all expenses incurred due to the injury of the game;

7. In the game, the referee will show two yellow cards or directly show the red card, and the disciplinary committee has the right to impose additional punishment. After the suspension, the yellow card number of the player will no longer accumulate, and the yellow card of the group match will not be brought into the knockout round.

8, red and yellow card penalty amount: a yellow card for 50 yuan, a red card for 100 yuan, and so on.

9. The game will be played with a 2nd generation ID card.

10, people with heart disease, myocardial infarction and other diseases should avoid intense exercise.

11. Participants are strictly prohibited from playing in the game after drinking. If there are violations, all the achievements and qualifications of the team will be cancelled, and the deposit will be deducted.

12. The competition supervision, referee and referee of this competition shall be uniformly assigned by the organizer.
