(3) Competition rules:

1. Adopt the latest competition rules of the Chinese Football Association.

2. The competition is divided into four stages. The first stage adopts the single-cycle round-robin system, the second stage adopts the cycle elimination system, the third stage is the semi-final, and the fourth stage is the final.

3. In the single round robin, the two sides are in 90 minutes, the intermission: 10 minutes, each team wins 3 points, 1 point in each game, 0 points in the negative, according to each team in the same single cycle The number of points in the ranking determines the ranking, and the points with multiple points are listed before.

4. If the two teams or two teams have equal points, the order will be determined in the following order:

a team with equal points equals each other in the competition;

b If the points are equal, the team wins the ball in all competitions;

c If the goal difference is still equal, the number of red and yellow cards will be determined, and the red and yellow cards will be ranked first;

d If they are equal, the number of goals will be determined by the sum of the goals, and the total number of goals will be ranked first;

If e is equal to the above, the ranking will be determined by lottery.

5. In the elimination game, if the two sides are leveled in the normal game, they will not make extra time and directly penalize the penalty shoot-out.
