足球经理梦成真有望

劲爆体育讯：6月份召开的全省青少年校园足球工作会议指出，到2020年我省要实现1000所足球特色学校的目标。然而，达成这一目标的关键因素就是师资力量。目前，我省已在全省范围内开设了青少年足球校外辅导员培训班，积极为校园足球培养合格的师资力量。而昨天，又有一期新的青少年足球校外辅导员培训班在江苏省足球训练基地开课。

广撒网，业余踢球者也有可能当教练

目前校园足球的师资力量匮乏，是阻碍足球普及发展的重要因素。针对我省青少年足球师资不足的发展现状，江苏体育局青少处与江苏省足球运动管理中心推出了足球校外辅导员培训与管理体系，已经开始为全省的学校培养提供师资力量。江苏省体育局青少处处长王伟中告诉记者，现在管理部门已经开始动员方方面面的力量，从五个方面进行校园足球教师队伍的建设。“第一，是学校原有教师的培训，而且已经大面积展开；第二，是退役运动员的培训，前不久也在江苏省足球基地进行了培训；第三，是老足球人的培训，今天我们开设了第一期江苏老足球人的培训，参与者都是江苏足坛的元老，积极性也都很高；第四，我们将会在大学生里进行志愿者培训，这点类似日本高校里的足球辅导员体制；第五，将来我们要对社会上爱好足球的人群进行培训，只要符合要求通过培训，业余踢球者也可以进校园当教练。作为管理部门就是要进行多渠道发展，培养更多的足球师资力量。”王伟中说。

经验足，老足球人将在未来发挥奇效

相比其他省市，江苏省的校园足球教练培训已经走在了前列。因为校园足球教练的培训与专业教练员培训相比，还有他的特殊性，所以校外辅导员的课程设置更加注重普及性和操作性，并不是一般足球教练能够胜任的。校园足球管理部门在初级教练员培训课程的基础上增加了运动心理学、运动损伤的急救与预防、足球裁判法等课程的学习，从而更加切合校园足球的训练开展。

昨天，新一期青少年足球校外辅导员培训班在江苏省足球基地开班，这一期培训班不同以往之处，就是参加学习的学员都是老足球人，他们并没刚退役的球员，也不是来自各学校的年轻体育老师，而是曾经为江苏足球奉献过的老足球人。据记者了解，这一次培训班中年纪最大的学员今年已经71岁了，他们将在这里进行为期一周的学习，然后根据所在地就近进校园进行足球培训。

对于这批特殊的学员，体育系统的领导也非常感激。江苏体育局副局长刘彤表示：“校园足球推进遇到的难题，就是师资力量。江苏目前D级以上的教练员只有120多个，所以要实现2020年1000所足球特色学校的目标，重要任务就是解决好“谁来教”的问题。这次老足球人的校外辅导员班非常重要，老足球人已经将足球视为自己生活的一部分，而他们对于足球一生的体验和快乐，也是孩子们最好的教材。”
