春风乍起，吹皱一池春水。莱茵达来了，新女足来了！3月10日下午，杭州市体育发展集团（以下简称“杭体发集团”）与莱茵达体育发展股份有限公司（以下简称“莱茵体育”）联合举行新闻发布会，正式对外宣布双方携手并签署《关于加快浙江省女子足球项目发展的合作协议》，意味着这项由国有资本和民间资本联手浙江女足进行历史上最大的混合所有制改革，未来的美好蓝图已经构成。

运营：莱茵体育全面接手

莱茵体育公告称，莱茵体育将独资成立新公司浙江莱茵达足球俱乐部有限公司（以下简称“新公司”），保留原浙江杭州女子足球俱乐部有限公司（以下简称“原公司”）。新公司和原公司由杭体发集团委托莱茵体育统一经营管理。
据了解，此番双方将在女足项目普及、足球学校建设运营、青少年足球运动员培养、职业训练、竞赛、市场开发推广、赛事引进、科研医疗等方面展开全方位合作，由莱茵体育出资支持浙江杭州女子足球俱乐部的建设，并通过新公司全面接手浙江女足俱乐部的运营。
莱茵达本是浙江本土房地产企业，但早前已经公布主营业务将告别房产，向体育方向调整。董事长高继胜表示，此番与杭体发集团携手合作女足，是希望在《中国足球改革发展总体方案》出台后的足改东风中，以浙江杭州女足为基点，为中国足球事业贡献一份力量。

投入：计划引进高水平外援

相比于职业化的金元男足联赛，女足联赛由于社会关注度低，市场价值相对单薄，国内各个俱乐部的投入均不会太高。
合作后，按照莱茵体育的设想，今后每年将投入近千万人民币，加上浙江省、杭州市两级财政资金，浙江杭州女足今后发展有了更大的空间。俱乐部总经理徐劭表示，莱茵体育介入后，已把目光瞄准女超顶级联赛平台。“明年允许女足联赛引进外援，我们已经有此想法，也有这个经济实力。”徐劭显得信心满满。

目标：未来力争全国前三

此次合作中，双方已经初拟三步计划，即在1至3年内成年职业队进入全国女超联赛，组建三支不同年龄段女足队伍，努力培养本土优秀运动员；3至6年内打造全国一流专业女足俱乐部，各年龄段运动队名列全国前茅，营造良好的女足市场氛围；远期内保持良好的女足后备人才储备，成绩力争稳定在全国前三。
据了解，此番莱茵体育与杭体发集团签订了一份为期10年的协议。高继胜表示，将不遗余力支持浙江女足事业，“浙江杭州女足拥有国内一流的训练基地，中外合作的高水平教练团队，优秀的年轻球员，在莱茵体育的助力下，一定可以取得较好的成绩。”
