劲爆体育香港足球讯：本会将于2019年2月27日至2019年5月11日举办香港足球总会C级教练课程[35]，此课程供已完成香港足球总会d级教练课程之注册教练报读。名额40名，本会技术发展部将根据报名人士之足球教练经验作出筛选。报名日期为2019年1月28日至30日。

課程費用需於確認取錄後三天內繳付，繳費方法如下：

Course fee MUST be paid within three days from acceptance, payment can be made by:

信用卡–透過教練系統以信用卡支付或

Credit Card– through the Online Coach System OR

支票–郵寄(地址：九龍何文田佛光街 55 號 )或親身到本會遞交劃線支票 (抬頭寫“THE HONG KONG FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION LIMITED”)。*如支票未能兌現，本會將會收取申請人港幣$100 之行政費用。

Crossed Cheque – by post or in person (payable to “THE HONG KONG FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
LIMITED”). *Please be advised that any cheque payment that has been rejected will incur an addition HK$100
administrative charge.

本會技術發展部將審核申請並挑選 40 名學員，有關結果將於 2 月 1 日前經網上教練系統通知所有申請者。The HKFA Technical Development Department will select the final 40 candidates. The results of the selection will be notified through the Online Coach System by 1^st February.

若申請人所持報名資料不足或支票不能在預定日期兌現，本會有權將其申請當作棄權論而不會再作任何通知。If applicant cannot provide sufficient documents or valid cheque within the application period, the HKFA reserves the authority to reject the application without prior notice.
報名一經接納，費用概不發還。

Course fee paid is non-refundable upon the completion of application procedures.

5)學員必須出席所有的課堂。

Students MUST attend ALL sessions.

如學員於理論考試中未能取得合格，需接受本會安排之補考並繳交行政費，第一次補考費用為港幣$200，如未能合格者，第二次補考費用為港幣$500，兩次補考而未能合格者需重新報讀課程。場地考核不設補考。

For the Theory exam, the failed participant would have to attend a supplementary exam and pay an administrative fee
of HK $200. If needed, the administrative fee for the 2nd supplementary exam would be HK$500 respectively. There would be no supplementary exam for the practical assessment.

合格之學員，必須於本會發出成績後之 24 個月內，獲取 60 小時之實習教授經驗並提交實習教案，方可獲發證書。若學員未能於指定時間內完成實習，可以書面申請，經本會審批後而被接納之申請者將可獲不多於 6 個月之寬限期。

Upon receipt of the course result, the passed participant will have to gain a total of 60 hours practical coaching
experience and hand-in coaching logbook within two years before a Certificate can be awarded. Should any participant need to extend the practical period; he/she has to submit a written notice to the HKFA for approval. The maximum period of extension is 6 months.

參加者必需自行購買意外保險。

All participants must arrange their own personal accident insurance.

主辦機構保留修改章程的權利，參加者不得異議。

The organizer reserves the right of making any amendment in the course and the decision should be final.

《評選範疇》

以下為香港足球總會 C 級教練課程[35]審核參加者入選資格的評選基制：

報名資格	香港足球總會註冊 D 級教練
評分方法	第一項：曾教授本會舉辦之訓練班或球隊：(最高得分為 2 分)
	地區、青苗、幼苗發展計劃	– 得 2 分
	青少年足球推廣計劃	– 得 2 分
	屬會教練工作(三年內曾於該屬會註冊記錄)	– 得 2 分
	第二項：非本會之教授經驗： (最高得分為 1 分)
	學校教練工作	– 得 1 分
	其他機構	– 得 1 分
	第三項：曾註冊為香港甲組職業聯賽(2014-15 球季前)或超級聯賽球員(2014-15 球季起)
		– 得 2 分
	第四項：曾入選香港代表隊 A 級國際賽事決選名單 (不包括青年代表隊)
		– 得 2 分
注意事項	本會將優先選取較高得分者，三項總得分最高為 7 分如若分數相同，本會將參考 D 級教練課程導師推薦名單其餘名額將以先到先得形式選取

備註：為培育女子足球教練，將預留兩個名額予本會推薦之女子教練。

《 Selection Criteria 》

Below are the selection criteria for enrolment into HKFA C Coaching Certificate Course [35]. Details are as follows:

Application Requirement	HKFA “D” Licence Registered Coach
Grading	Part A: Previously coaching HKFA courses or teams (Maximum 2 points)
	District Development Programme	– 2 points
	Summer Youth Scheme	– 2 points
	Coaching in affiliated clubs(registered with the club within 3 years)	– 2 points
	Part B: Coaching experience outside of HKFA (Maximum 1 point):
	Coaching in schools	– 1 points
	Others	– 1 points
	Part C: Former first division(before 2014-15 season) or present Hong Kong Premier League professional players
		– 2 points
	Part D: Former Hong Kong Representative Team Players who were selected in the final squad of any international 'A' match (Youth matches are NOT INCLUDED)
		– 2 points
Remarks	HKFA will select applicants with the highest points from the grading system, maximum points allowed to be obtained is 7 points. If applicants share the same amount of points in grading, HKFA will then refer to the D licence course instructor recommendation. Selection will be on a first come first serve basis for other remaining quotas.

Remarks: In order to promote women coaches, 2 quotas will be reserved from HKFA nomination
