Five-a-side football tournament competition rules

First, the time and place of the game

Time: February 5th to 10th, 2019 (first day of the first month to the fifth day of the first month),

Venue: Weixin County Linfeng Primary School Football Stadium

Second, the organizer: Weixin County Football Association, Longxi Football Club

Third, the participating units: all units in the county, football fans

Fourth, the number of participants and qualifications

Each team can report to the team, 1 coach, 8 players. Participants need to be healthy people in Weixin County.

V. Competition method

(1) The system is subject to the registration of each group. If the single-cycle system is adopted, the ranking will be determined according to the points. If the scores of the 2 teams or 2 teams are the same, then the winning and losing relationship, the goal difference between each other, the number of goals between each other, and the lottery will be determined in turn. If the mixed system is adopted, the group match will be determined according to the points. If the scores of the 2 teams or 2 teams are the same, then the win-and-loss relationship, the goal difference between each other, the number of goals and the lottery will be determined in turn. If there is a tie in the game within the specified time, the penalty shootout will be directly made. Single-cycle or mixed-group matches (each wins and losses), each team wins 3 points, and loses 0 points.

(2) The rules of the game shall be implemented in accordance with the latest five-a-side competition rules of international football. Only in the competition time and substitution terms, according to the specific circumstances of the competition organization.

(3) Competition clothing: The color of the jersey and the socks must be uniform, the number is clear, and the costume of the goalkeeper must be clearly different from that of other athletes and referees. Athletes must wear sneakers (no hard nails or metal studs are allowed). Wear leg shields and do not wear items that harm others or themselves. The player's name number must match the list of the report, otherwise you will not be able to play. The captain of the field owns the captain's armband.

(4) The athlete must obey the referee's penalty, and if there is any opinion, it can be reported to the organizing committee in writing. Civilization competition, the focus is on participation, this competition must purchase insurance, the safety responsibility is borne by the sports teams.

(5) All participating players must bring their own backpacks to store their personal belongings, and they should be kept by the team and placed in the designated area of the organizer to avoid loss.

(6) If a team abstains without any reason, it will be dealt with in violation of the race track; if a team has not arrived within 15 minutes of the match time, it will be treated as a waiver and the opponent will be awarded a 3:0 win.

(7) The player gets a red card or accumulates two yellow cards and automatically stops participating in the next game.

(8) The number of substitutions for the game is not limited.

Sixth, violation of rules and regulations

(1) The participating teams must arrive at the competition venue in advance, and if they are more than 15 minutes late, they will be deemed to have abstained;

(2) If there is a negative competition in the competition, if the organizing committee determines that it is a negative competition, the situation will be reported truthfully;

(3) In the competition, in addition to irresistible reasons, the participating teams may not postpone the competition or refuse to continue the competition. If the game is postponed or refused to continue the competition for more than 5 minutes, it shall be regarded as a strike. The organization will report the situation truthfully and report it;

(4) In the competition, if there is any form of violent behavior in the stadium, the organizing committee will report to the relevant person in charge of the competition according to the facts and deal with it seriously according to relevant regulations.

7. Referee and referee

The referee and the referee shall be the relevant teachers and students who have obtained the corresponding level of referee certificate and have practical ability.
