11. Regulations

(1) Registration notice

(5) Athlete qualifications

A. Participants must be players born before December 31, 1984. All members of the team must meet the age limit. Otherwise, if the age is incorrect, all the achievements of the team represented by the player will be cancelled. The ball must be healthy and free of major diseases such as heart disease, myocardial infarction, myocarditis, history of cerebrovascular disease, etc.

B. The style of the game is good, there is no major disciplinary situation in all competitions, and the players are not in the suspension period of the Queensland Chinese Football Association;

C. Local/overseas professional club registered players are not allowed to participate;

D. The participating players are the registered players themselves. The same participating players are not allowed to represent the two teams. Once they are found, they will cancel all the achievements of the team represented by the player and impose severe penalties on them.

E. All players must meet the age requirements.

F. When an athlete is required to appeal and other questions need to be appealed:
(1) The organizer must be reported in writing and pay an appeal fee of 100 yuan. If the appeal is established, the appeal fee will be refunded. The fee is the responsibility of the losing unit. If the appeal fails, the appeal fee is not refundable.
(2) The appeal must be sent to the organizer within 24 hours after the contest is contested, and the appointment will not be accepted.

(6) Participation funds

A. All the expenses required by each team are self-care.

B. The registration fee for participating teams is $10/person;

C. When participating in the competition, the team must pay a deposit of 200 yuan at the same time. If there is no disciplinary violation after the end of the event, the deposit will be refunded to the participating teams without interest.

A. The referee on the spot has the highest authority, and any penalty on the court must be subject to the decision of the referee.

B. In the process of law enforcement, the referee must record the jersey number of the foul player and the scoring team, and hand it over to the organizing committee staff after the game is over.

A. All participating teams shall be responsible for all accidental injuries (including safety responsibility during the round trip) during the competition and shall not be held liable for any responsibility of the organizer and the organizer;
B. During the event, the organizers' organizing committee, the organizer and the referee are not responsible for the incidents caused by the squabbling of the players and the audience.
C. The expenses and insurance of each participating team shall be taken care of by themselves;

12, the game related

(1) Competition equipment requirements

1- The participating teams will unify their own jerseys, ball pants, socks, and standard numbers. The clothing of the goalkeeper should be clearly different from the clothing of other players on the field.

2- It is recommended that the participating players wear leggings on the board game;

3-Participants are not allowed to wear all ornaments on the scene, and must not be wrapped with tape;

4-The number of the registered players is 1-99. The players who replace the players are not allowed to use the jerseys of the players who have been replaced;

5- The number of the team members must match the registration form, no heavy number, no number.

6-The goalkeeper's clothes must be replaced if they collide with other players' costumes;

7-The team members must have the captain and wear the captain's armband;

(2) Key competition rules and related regulations (refer to the implementation of the latest rules of FIFA)

1- Adopt the "Queensland Chinese Football Association Seven-a-side Football Rules" and refer to the latest "Football Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Football Association and the relevant rules of FIFA.

2- The game uses a 7-a-side (including the goalkeeper) and the game uses the 5th ball.

3- 50 minutes per game, 25 minutes in the first half and the second half; if the kick-off is not in the regular time of the regular qualifying session, the penalty will be directly awarded (3+1 mode).

4- 15 minutes before the start of the competition, each team will be confirmed by the responsible person to the list of players and substitutes and then handed over to the fourth official.

5- In each game, each team has no limit on the number of places to be replaced. Players who have been replaced can play again. There are only six substitutions. There are three substitutions in the first half and the second half. The intermission is not counted.

6-When a substitution is required during the game or during the intermission, the referee is requested and registered. In the case of the permission of the referee, the substitution is made in the midfield of the same side, strictly following the principle of first going down.

7- After the game is over, the two teams must sign the match record to confirm the score and match data.

8-Regulations on red and yellow cards:

1 The same player will accumulate 2 yellow cards and will be suspended for one game. After the suspension, the player's accumulated yellow card number will no longer accumulate, and the yellow card of the group match will not accumulate into qualifying;

2 In the same game, the same player will be punished with 2 yellow cards and will be sent off and will be suspended. The Disciplinary Committee will decide whether to suspend the suspension. The final match of the group will be suspended for a red card. ;

3 In a match, the same player will be shown a red card and will be suspended. The Disciplinary Committee will decide whether to suspend the game.

9-About game abstentions and strikes

10-Disposal and handling of strikes

1 Party team abstains or strikes, the other team wins 3-0. If the actual score of the match exceeds 3 to 0, the actual result shall prevail; deducting the discard or the entire disciplinary margin of the strike;

2 If the two parties violate the rules and cause the game to terminate, immediately cancel the qualifications of the two teams; deduct all the disciplinary deposits from both parties;

3 The team that retired midway, all scores (including the number of matches) with the team are counted 3 to 0; the deducted all the disciplinary deposits.

In the course of the competition, if the players and the audience of the two sides have a squabble and a fight, the organizers, the organizing committee and the referees will not be responsible for the corresponding treatment and compensation costs. The players or teams participating in the fight will be cancelled. Eligibility for participation, deduct all deposits, and impose further penalties depending on the circumstances.

12-Determining the ranking method

1 Each team wins 3 points, 1 point in a row, 0 points in a negative game;

2 If there are two or more teams with the same points after all the matches in the group stage, then the final ranking of the team is determined according to the following criteria:

A. Total points in the same team as the points;

B. The total goal difference in the same team as the points;

C. The total number of goals scored in the match of the same team as the points;

D. If the above are the same, the organizing committee will organize the relevant teams to draw lots.
