Registration qualification

1. Team registration qualification:

Competition rules

One. Competition rules and related regulations

1. Refer to the implementation of the FIFA Council's latest version of the "Football Competition Rules."

2. Refer to the relevant provisions of the latest "China Football Association Discipline Guidelines" formulated by the Chinese Football Association.

3. Refer to the relevant provisions of the latest “Guangdong Province Amateur Football Competition Penalty Regulations” formulated by the Guangdong Amateur Football Association.

4. Execute the event documents and the other regulations and notices made according to the problems in the event.

Second, the specific provisions:

    2. In each game, fill in 7 starting athletes and 9 substitutes;

    5, each captain must wear the captain's armband (self-prepared), the goalkeeper can wear long pants, the color of each goalkeeper's clothing must be different from other players and referees on the field.

    6. In addition to officials and substitute athletes, other substitutes are not allowed to participate in the competition.

(1) Only the officials (leaders, coaches, team doctors) and athletes who are officially registered for the team can be on the bench.

(2) The substitute team members on the bench must wear clothing that is significantly different from the players on the field;

(3) At the beginning of the competition, the home team should use the bench on the left side of the referee;

(4) It is one of the duties of the team leader to manage the order of the bench. Anyone who violates the rules of the bench will be held accountable for the poor management of the team leader.

    7, warm up

    (1) Each team can warm up at the competition venue before the official start of the competition. The competition area does not provide the game ball for the team to warm up. The warm-up will be completed 10 minutes before the start of the competition. If the team is unable to use the competition venue to warm up, press Warm up the designated area.

    (2) During the competition, each team can only warm up without a ball within the space specified by the same side of the bench or the space specified by the organizing committee.

    (3) Unless warm-up is carried out in the competition venue, all warm-up activities in the remaining areas must be carried out without the ball (except for the goalkeeper).

    8, not because of irresistible reasons, and without the approval of the competition committee, before the start of the game, more than 15 minutes of the referee's prescribed start time, if any team is less than 5 people, the game can not begin. In the competition, if any team has fewer than 5 players (including goalkeepers), the game will be terminated and the result of the match will be judged by 0:3.     9. Athletes can wear tights (short, long sleeves), preferably the same as the main colors of jerseys and ball pants.

    10. In the event, the same athlete who was shown the yellow card to accumulate two, automatically suspended 1 game; the same athlete was shown the red card for the first time, automatically suspended for 1 game; the second time was shown the red card, the game was suspended 2 On the field; the third time he was shown a red card, he was suspended for 4 games; and so on, doubled the suspension.

3 refused to resume the interrupted game within 5 minutes according to the referee's request;

4 Players who have not signed up, or have not passed the qualification examination, are in the suspension period, or have not been allowed to participate in the proceedings, represent the team in the competition;

5 15 minutes beyond the prescribed tee time, failing to reach the venue for no reason, or failing to make up the number of players;

four. The handling of the strike and retirement: 1 participating teams will be dismissed and retired. All the matches of the team and the retired team (including the matches and the unmatched games) will be awarded 0 to 3 to the opponent if the actual score of the match exceeds 0:3, the actual result at that time shall prevail; cancel the qualification of the team that retired and retired, and deduct all the deposits;

2 If one party violates the discipline and causes the game to be terminated, the disqualification of the disciplinary party will be cancelled, and the entire margin of the disciplinary party will be deducted;

  3 If the two sides jointly violate the rules, the game will be terminated, the qualifications of the two teams will be cancelled, and all the deposits of both parties will be deducted.

  4 Both teams abstain from voting or strike, the two teams have no results in this game, count 0 points;

  5 The Secretary General of the Competition Committee submits a report to the Organizing Committee according to the relevant report.

Fives. During the competition, if both players and the audience have a squabble and fight, the group will be injured, the organizer, the organizing committee and the referee will not bear the relevant medical and compensation expenses. The players or teams participating in the fight will be disqualified and deducted. Game margin, and further penalties depending on the circumstances;

6. Dealing with the interruption of the game caused by chaos in the stadium

Due to the disorder of the game, the competition shall be interrupted. The competition area shall take active measures to resume the competition as much as possible. The competition committee of the competition area shall communicate and negotiate with the two parties in time and make a decision on whether to resume the competition. The referee and the two teams shall obey this decision. :

1. If the game cannot be resumed within 1 hour, the competition committee will decide to interrupt the game:

    (1) Both teams withdraw from the stadium;

    (2) After the competition committee of the competition area solicits opinions from all parties, report to the competition committee to decide when and where to make the rematch within 24 hours;

    (3) For the interrupted match, the rematch will resume from the time of the game interruption.

The right to analyze this game belongs to the organizing committee.
