The competition consisted of ten teams from the province, including: Lianya District, Chuzhou Middle School, Jinhua City No. 5 Middle School, Hangzhou Qinghe Experimental School, Keqiao District Experimental Middle School, Jiangshan Town Middle School, Yinzhou District, Wenzhou City Middle School, Zhangzhou Xinghua Middle School, Hangzhou No. 13 Middle School, Hangzhou Jianlan Middle School, and Huzhou No. 4 Middle School.

The competition lasts for seven days and ends on December 24. It is carried out in two stages. The first stage: the single round of the 10 teams participating in the competition, the lottery is divided into two groups A and B, and one to five teams are decided by a single round robin.

The second stage: the cross-elimination team won the first or second team of each team to cross the knockout finals to decide the final 1 to 4, the team won three or four teams in each group to cross the knockout finals, the final 5 to 8, get the teams The fifth team will play the final match and decide the final 9 to 10.

In order to further promote the overall improvement of students' comprehensive quality and ensure the healthy development of school sports, students from the ZSFL Zhejiang Province 10th Primary and Secondary School Campus Football League will conduct cultural tests on students participating in the provincial competition.

The junior high school men's super group culture test test center is located in the middle school affiliated to Zhejiang University, and is qualified as the chief examiner. The referee is responsible for the invigilation. It is reported that the athletes who participated in the competition have passed the preliminary examination of the qualification examination. The qualification rate of the cultural test is higher than that of the high school group.
