The best sports in Inner Mongolia football news: On Saturday, December 8th, Beijing time, in order to better carry out the youth football training work, the Hohhot Football Sports Center conducted a satisfaction evaluation of all the coaches of the youth training.

After the start of the 2018-2019 school year, the youth training of the Football Sports Center is a combination of daily training and concentrated training. Ten hours of concentrated training is conducted four times a week. The rest of the time, athletes are trained in their respective schools, and the school coaches and Football center coaches jointly organize training.

During the evaluation period, the objective evaluation method was adopted mainly, and the evaluation of the satisfaction of the coach was issued by means of a questionnaire.

The evaluation content is divided into six aspects: moral conduct, coaching ability, performance, and comprehensive evaluation according to the “Management Measures for Youth Training Coaches of City Football Center” (for trial implementation).

After evaluation, the overall satisfaction of the youth coaches of the City Football Sports Center reached 98%. At the same time, parents also put forward some good opinions and suggestions for the future youth training.

Only by learning "ruling the heart" can we forge a youth training team that keeps pace with the times; with the system "management", we can forge a youth training team for the officers!
