北京市教委相关负责人7日表示，准备在2016年将足球纳入北京市中考体育考试选择项目。

北京市教委体卫艺处处长王军介绍了北京市有关校园足球的二十多项初步措施，但他强调，这些措施还在修改和完善中，还没有完全敲定。

在他提到的措施中，非常亮眼的包括：准备在2016年将足球项目纳入中考体育考试的选择项目，探索高中体育会考进行足球项目测试，发挥评价机制的导向作用；完善北京青少年校园足球领导小组，吸纳北京市将近20个委办局参与到领导小组中，全面全员支持校园足球发展，统筹北京的校园足球工作；依托学校和社会力量建立三个北京校园足球训练中心；经过两到三年的发展，北京校园足球人口不少于10万人；用三年对北京市体育教师进行足球专项培养计划，确保义务教育阶段每所学校有一名体育教师能够胜任足球的教学与训练；聘请国内外足球专家，北京高校的教授，高级足球教练和退役足球运动员，全面参与到校园足球的发展中；在全市准备建立200所足球特色学校，在10个远郊区县全面实施校园足球工作。

此外，通过购买服务的方式租用社会场所，为开展校园足球提供场地，在城区将因地制宜，建设小场地和笼式足球特色场地，在远郊区县建设足球比赛场地；通过政府购买服务的方式支持三至六年级小学生在课余时间选择到经认定的体育俱乐部参加足球培训和学习，训练课时政府给予补贴；在市级教育经费中，每年设立专项经费用于校园足球的发展，要求各区县安排相应比例的经费支持和保证校园足球的开展等。
