“桂岭杯”民间足球邀请赛落下帷幕，蕉岭本土代表队获冠

劲爆体育讯 11月29日，“桂岭杯”民间足球邀请赛（第八届）决赛在广东工业大学足球赛场落下帷幕，蕉岭本土代表队获冠军。当日，来自蕉岭、广州、深圳、珠海、佛山顺德、东莞的6支足球代表队160多名运动员参与角逐，最终实力雄厚的蕉岭本土代表队获冠军，广州桂岭队和佛山顺德队分获第二、三名。

　　当日，来自蕉岭、广州、深圳、珠海、佛山顺德、东莞的6支足球代表队160多名运动员参与角逐，最终实力雄厚的蕉岭本土代表队获冠军，广州桂岭队和佛山顺德队分获第二、三名。

　　据了解，邀请赛是蕉岭县民间自发组织、政府鼓励的足球赛事，也是该县贯彻落实振兴梅州“足球之乡”的一项重要举措。自2007年以来，“桂岭杯”民间足球赛已举办了八届。赛事主赛场轮流在珠三角各城市设置，每年都吸引了许多蕉岭籍外出足球爱好者参与，比赛影响力不断扩大。为支持“桂岭杯”，蕉岭县每年还会派出一支本土代表队参与比赛。
