国务院昨天发布《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》（以下简称《若干意见》），《若干意见》要求，要加快政府职能转变，进一步简政放权，并将全民健身上升为国家战略。此外，还要推动体育与养老服务、文化创意和设计服务、教育培训等融合，明确放宽赛事转播权限制。

国务院发布体育产业发展新政全民健身上升为国家战略，新政放宽赛事转播权限制对发展相对滞后的足球项目要制定中长期发展规划。

取消商业性和群众性赛事审批
